I did not always have this business, the clients, the coaching programs, the sales and systems.
I was not always this confident.
Bold? YUP, Confidence - I built this through self-awareness and intentionality.
If you’d ask me 5-years if I would be here, I’d never imagined this since I was worried about securing a job and getting by.
As a daughter of farmers, who was raised to get a job, I thought $10,000 was a lot and hardly saved and bought nice things to fit in. I was not good with money management.
I onced felt like I was too poor to be educated and never pushed myself. I aimed for little because I was always worried about where I would find the money”. This thought of “will I have enough money or where will I find more money.” I constantly wished for things but never actually took action because I felt like I did not have access to money.
This lack of mentality held me back for years. I was merely existing with no purpose.
I did self-regulation, spent time thinking and researching. I craved for more but did not see anyone where I am from doing it.
In 2017, a hurricane devastated my island. I moved to London and spent a lot of time alone. I opened my mind, started learning and reading. I eventually hired a 7-figure mentor whilst residing in London and took my first step to coaching & consulting.
I made $40k in 6 months which funded my masters degree in project and program management.
2019
When I returned home in 2019, I launched my company Merlinda Francois Consultancy Ltd (MFC) and went through persecution from the system. I was eager to teach SMEs but I was forced to place the event on hold since my employer demanded that I needed permission to make money.
It was then I decided to break this pattern. I never allowed it to stop me. Instead, I learnt to beat the system.
2020 - 2021
2020 Took my business more seriously and invested in a lifetime coaching program for USD$5000. I still struggled with debt, shame and depression.
2021 graduated with no student loan debt and decided to leave an unhealthy romantic relationship, lost friends and reconnected with myself. I was able to pay off my $49k student loan debt after 10 years whilst doing a masters that I paid in cash for.
I was able to move past the shame associated with selling and applied it to my online business.

NOW, I'M TEACHING WOMEN OF COLOR TO AIM FOR MORE
I used money energetics principles to create multiple streams of income and fund my livelihood. I changed my habits, read books on wealth, learnt to use my struggle as motivation and kept pushing.
2022 my life took a 360 turn, I attracted what I desired, authentic love, money peace, success and clarity. My business made $30k whilst I had fun. My clients resigned and I stepped into my Million Dollar Identity.
Today, I’m on a journey to teach women to do the same.
I’m building a sustainable company to change lives - to break the cycles of dependency, scarcity and lack in their lives outside of a job.
Women of color have been playing small and it’s my mission to empower them to use their natural gifts to increase their earning potential.
